Tom Wood Volkswagen in Indianapolis, IN is looking for a dedicated and energetic Service Lane Attendant to support our service team! The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our operations and ensure our business operates like a well-oiled machine.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive in the service lane.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service lane and lot.
- Parking, retrieving, and organizing vehicles as needed.
- Assisting the team with vehicle preparation, lot organization, and transportation.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to a positive dealership experience.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming dealership and lot for everyone
- Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- Maintains a friendly, professional demeanor, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Maintains a high level of customer service, always being positive and outgoing.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn.
- Required- Have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
