As an experienced Change Manager, you will own key change management deliverables across a set of critical workstreams aimed at improving non-financial regulatory reporting for the Commodities and Global markets team, through systems enhancements and operational and oversight improvements.
You will be responsible for defining and delivering the change management approach and interventions to ensure expected benefits are achieved across multiple, concurrent workstreams. You will also lead comprehensive change impact assessments to identify and address implications across the organisation and manage readiness activities to support adoption of change. Additionally, you will be responsible for effectively managing competing priorities and be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and driving engagement to ensure the smooth delivery of communication, training and change activities.
