Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled
FP&A Analyst to join our team. This role involves direct interaction with
clients to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and
enhance client relationships through effective financial planning and analysis.

What you’ll be doing:

·       Manage and oversee the annual budgeting,
forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.

·       Engage
with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

·       Prepare
and present financial reports and dashboards to clients, highlighting key
insights and recommendations.

·       Collaborate
with clients to develop and implement financial strategies that align with
their business goals.

·       Develop
and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making.

·       Analyze
financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

·       Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with
strategic objectives.

·       Drive
improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to
enhance efficiency and accuracy.

·       Offer
expert advice on financial matters, helping clients make informed decisions.

·       Build
and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.

·       Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS
activities and implantation strategies at the company

What are we looking for:

·       Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a
related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

·       10+
years of experience in FP&A or related roles, with a focus on client-facing
activities expert financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills.

·       Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.

·       In-depth
knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and
management reporting.

·       Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Proven
ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

·       Strong
attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset

·       Excellent
team management and leadership skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.

·       Outstanding written and oral communication
skills.
