Position: Product Manager

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re MiQ, a global programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, so you will be too. The local product team is responsible for building and scaling our core capabilities in Canada, spanning Advanced TV, Commerce, Omni-channel, and Social. We partner with teams across the business and with external data providers to turn real market needs into products that we can launch, improve, and see adopted in practice.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Align with key stakeholders, including clients, on business needs to gather product requirements

  • Own the ideation, technical development, launch and adoption of the products you build

  • Drive product development with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, analytics. 

  • Build and maintain short term and long-term product roadmap

  • Ensure features meet demands via extensive testing and customer feedback 

  • Define product KPIs and metrics to track success of the product

  • Create documentation and collateral that describe feature sets for internal and external audiences

  • Support sales via training, onboarding and ongoing support of customer initiatives using new products

What you’ll bring to the role

  • 4+ years experience in programmatic or digital media, ideally in a product management role

  • Experience working with engineering, data science and other technical departments as key stakeholders

  • Understanding and knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem (CTV/Display/Audio, DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers), what they do, how they’re bought, and how they work together.

  • Experience in presenting product ideas and gathering feedback from internal and external stakeholders 

  • A can-do attitude, enthusiasm for the AdTech space, with a dream to grow alongside us.

Pay Transparency

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Ontario, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Ontario and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $90,000- $120,000. This range does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
