A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for data center construction projects
- Collaborate with project teams to sequence work and identify critical path activities
- Analyze schedule impacts related to design changes, procurement, and field conditions
- Maintain lookahead schedules in coordination with field leadership
- Prepare schedule updates and recovery plans for internal and external stakeholders
- Support procurement and commissioning timelines to align with overall project delivery
- Perform schedule risk analysis and what-if scenarios
- Assist with claims analysis, time extensions, and delay documentation when needed
- Ensure schedule accuracy through regular site visits and coordination meetings
- Serve as the scheduling subject matter expert for mission-critical projects
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of construction scheduling experience
- Direct experience scheduling data center or mission-critical projects is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of onstruction sequencing and MEP-driven schedules
- Ability to communicate schedule risks clearly to project leadership
- Willingness to travel and support projects on-site as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
