A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules for data center construction projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to sequence work and identify critical path activities
  • Analyze schedule impacts related to design changes, procurement, and field conditions
  • Maintain lookahead schedules in coordination with field leadership
  • Prepare schedule updates and recovery plans for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support procurement and commissioning timelines to align with overall project delivery
  • Perform schedule risk analysis and what-if scenarios
  • Assist with claims analysis, time extensions, and delay documentation when needed
  • Ensure schedule accuracy through regular site visits and coordination meetings
  • Serve as the scheduling subject matter expert for mission-critical projects


NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of construction scheduling experience
  • Direct experience scheduling data center or mission-critical projects is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project
  • Strong understanding of onstruction sequencing and MEP-driven schedules
  • Ability to communicate schedule risks clearly to project leadership
  • Willingness to travel and support projects on-site as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
