Overview:

At MoFo, we couldn’t write our own success story without yours. Ready to write your story?

Join MoFo as  ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, END USER PRODUCT MANAGEMENT on our Information Technology team!

This role can be based in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver, Boston, New York or Washington, D.C.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Associate Director, End User Product Management, you’ll lead the strategy, evolution, and experience of the platforms our attorneys and business professionals rely on every day. This role sits alongside peer leaders in Enterprise Messaging Systems and Desktop Engineering & Practice Systems — and playing a pivotal role in defining the future of end user technology across the firm.

You’ll own a high-impact portfolio that includes iManage (document management), MoFo Connect (our intranet built on Infodash and SharePoint Online), and the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Program — our firmwide initiative to measure, understand, and continuously improve how people experience technology at work.

This is a role for a leader who thrives at both altitude and ground level. You’ll set product vision and roadmap, drive adoption and measurable improvements, build and mentor a high-performing team, and partner closely with stakeholders and vendors to deliver meaningful outcomes. One moment you’re presenting strategy to firm leadership; the next, you’re guiding a team member through a complex stakeholder challenge or holding a vendor accountable to deliver.

If you’re energized by building better digital experiences, influencing at the highest levels, and leading with both strategy and execution — this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

  • Lead, develop, and scale the End User Product Management team, setting clear goals, coaching performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Establish consistent product management practices across the team, including roadmaps, requirements, vendor management, and adoption tracking
  • Own the strategic direction and roadmap for iManage, partnering with IT and overseeing upgrades, enhancements, and integrations across firm systems
  • Manage the iManage vendor relationship and drive adoption through targeted training, change management, and performance metrics
  • Set vision and governance for MoFo Connect (Infodash/SharePoint Online), ensuring a high-quality, engaging intranet experience
  • Lead vendor engagement with Infodash and guide day-to-day intranet operations, content strategy, and stakeholder alignment
  • Drive firmwide adoption and integration of MoFo Connect with iManage and Microsoft 365 to deliver a seamless user experience
  • Own and evolve the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Program, using data and user feedback to identify issues, drive improvements, and report measurable impact across the end user technology landscape

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, ITIL, Microsoft 365, iManage) a plus
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in product management, IT systems, or related roles, with advancement into leadership
  • Proven people leadership experience, including developing and managing product managers or analysts
  • Strong hands-on experience with legal technology, especially iManage or comparable DMS, within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Experience owning digital workplace or intranet platforms (e.g., SharePoint Online, Infodash), including governance, vendor management, and adoption
  • Familiarity with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) programs, tools, and data sources such as surveys, telemetry, and ITSM systems
  • Technical fluency across iManage, Microsoft 365, and end user platforms, with the ability to partner on integrations and architecture
  • Strategic, collaborative leader with strong vendor management skills and a consistent focus on delivering exceptional end user experiences
