We are Florida's largest independent, family-owned HVAC and refrigeration distributor, with 23 locations and more than five decades of serving the professionals who keep this state running. Our Counter Sales Representatives are trusted advisors, not order-takers. If you come from a parts counter, a mechanical trades environment, or any role where contractors and technicians depended on your product knowledge, this is a career move worth making.

What You Will Do

You are the first person a contractor sees when they walk in and the last impression they take with them. Your job is to make both count.

Serve the trade with confidence. You help technicians and contractors identify the right part, solve product questions in real time, and move fast without sacrificing accuracy. HVAC and refrigeration product knowledge is a strong advantage here, and we will build on what you already know.

Manage the counter with precision. You enter sales orders, process transactions, handle returns, credits, and warranty claims, and keep the front-end running cleanly even when volume is high and customers are stacked up.

Support the Resource Center. This is a hands-on environment. You assist with stocking, inventory counts, and helping customers load product safely. You show up and you contribute everywhere it counts.

Build relationships that last. Contractors have options. They come back to us because of people like you. You treat every interaction as an opportunity to earn loyalty, not just close a transaction.
