Physical Security & Network Implementation Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time/Onsite
We are seeking a hands-on Physical Security & Network Implementation Specialist to manage and deploy access control and CCTV systems while supporting underlying network infrastructure across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical security, networking, and project management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Physical Security System Implementation: Deploy and manage access control systems (card readers, door locks, controllers); install and configure CCTV and NVR equipment
- Network Infrastructure Setup: Configure VLANs, IP allocation, and VPN environments; collaborate with on-site network administrators
- Project & Site Management: Manage new site deployments, coordinate with vendors, GCs, and site leads; perform technical reviews of cabling, wiring, and power
- Design & Technical Review: Review architectural/technical drawings (CAD) and perform basic system design during planning
- Procurement & Solution Management: Procure CCTV/NVR equipment locally; coordinate with HQ security teams for access control hardware
- Administrative Operations: Manage ERP records, handle professional correspondence, and maintain project documentation
- Proven experience implementing and operating physical security systems (Access Control, CCTV)
- Practical knowledge of Ethernet-based communication, VLANs, VPNs, and IP networking fundamentals
- Experience managing on-site installation and deployment projects (PM/Lead role)
- Ability to review and interpret CAD files and technical floor plans
- Strong communication skills to work with vendors, contractors, and site partners
Preferred Skills
- Network certifications such as CCNA
- Basic electrical and circuitry knowledge (integration for card readers and locks)
- Experience drafting technical reports and managing project schedules and budgets
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $62,000 – $92,000, based on experience, skill set, and qualifications
