Key Objectives

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setting with reliable internet and a suitable remote workspace.
  • Proficient with computers and common software applications (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office).
