At RealTruck International, we are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, global organization and enjoys working across HR systems, HR processes and operational HR support

About the Role - HR Operations, HRIS & HR Data

You will join the HR & ESG team in a key position combining HR operations, HR systems (HRIS), HR analytics, and HR generalist support.

You will act as a key link between global HR standards and local execution, ensuring HR data quality, HR compliance, HR reporting and consistent HR processes across regions.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working in the operational engine room of HR, while also being visible across the organization as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities

HR Systems, HRIS & HR Data (Cross-Regional HR Operations)

  • Act as HRIS Subject Matter Expert (HR system: UKG), including training, governance and continuous improvement
  • Support the organization in our global HR processes (performance management, goal setting, merit cycles, engagement surveys)
  • Ensure HR data integrity, GDPR compliance and HR audit readiness
  • Deliver HR reporting, HR analytics and HR KPIs to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll and HR Operations stakeholders across regions
  • Support HRIS implementation, enhancements and system optimization
  • Contribute to ESG reporting in collaboration with EHS

HR Operations, HR Administration & HR Processes

  • Own HR headcount reporting, HR metrics and organizational charts
  • Support recruitment administration and HR onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee HR records and HR compliance documentation
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and annual HR processes (e.g. merit, bonuses, holiday pay)
  • Drive HR process documentation and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate HR events and employee engagement initiatives
  • Act as key contact for external HR vendors (e.g. pension providers)

HR Generalist Support (Denmark – RTD Site HR)

  • Serve as first point of contact for Operations and Warehouse employees and leaders
  • Support full employee lifecycle (contracts, sick leave, terminations, changes)
  • Participate in site leadership collaboration and workforce planning
  • Provide hands-on operational HR support in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for

You are an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR Operations, HR Administration, HRIS, HR Data or HR Consulting.

We expect that you:

  • Have 8–10+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist or HR Consulting roles
  • Have solid experience with HR systems (HRIS), HR data and HR reporting
  • Work in a structured, detail-oriented and data-driven way
  • Thrive in an international, matrix organization
  • Enjoy a broad HR role with high visibility and stakeholder interaction
  • Have great stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Have a strong sense of self and feel comfortable speaking up
  • Are fluent in English, written and spoken

Why Join Us

  • Highly varied HR role covering HR Operations, HRIS, HR Data and HR Generalist work
  • Strong exposure across a global HR organization
