Duties
Unpacks cartons of materials and removes contents. Moves or uses hand truck to move various items requiring delivery or storage. Sets up and breaks down multi-functional areas. Arranges mobile furniture, movable walls, light equipment, etc,Washes and waxes vehicles, sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs and waxes floors and replenishes supplies as necessary.,Uses industrial household cleaners to clean, disinfect and deodorize windows, mirrors, fixtures, and facilities. Reports facility condition to supervisor including the need for repairs. Dusts and polishes furniture. Empties trash.,May work alone or as part of crew with minimal supervision.,Required to follow safety procedures and use standard safety equipment such as gloves, ear protectors, and safety glasses to avoid possible hazards in the work area.
Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Three (3) months of laboring experience required. 2. Must have the ability to use, control and clean tools and power equipment used, and ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant supervision of each task assigned. Allowances and Differentials This job falls under the Federal Wage Schedule (FWS) pay system. FWS employees earn overtime pay for working more than 8 hours in a day or more than 40 hours in a week -- whichever gives the employee more benefit. Regular full-time, regular part-time, and regularly scheduled flexible employees may receive Sunday premium pay for working on Sundays. Employees may also be eligible to receive extra pay if the majority of their scheduled hours falls after 3:00 PM.
