About the role:
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be part of a small team working directly with executive leadership to identify opportunities for revenue growth, system enhancements and effective processes that drive business for TQL. You will be tasked with leveraging tools such as Excel and Power BI to produce actionable reporting and analyses that will support stakeholder objectives.

What you’ll be doing:
Assist in the development, improvement, and maintenance of data systems to recommend data accuracy enhancements
Conduct data analysis on historical, current, and projected trends and report findings
Work closely with team members and stakeholders, to identify improvement opportunities, model and analyze data to facilitate project and process improvements
Communicate effectively with team and stakeholders from all levels and functions of the organization to influence processes improvement efforts and project completion
Plan and track project timelines and budgets, manage project risks, and is responsible for project milestones and deliverables
Work with cross-functional teams including finance to report on revenue, customer, and logistics data
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, business intelligence, data science, information systems, or equivalent discipline preferred
Experience with Power BI, SQL and or managing large amounts of data is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, follow and achieve timelines is critical
Self-starter with a strong work ethic, a team player with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
