Works under the supervision of the Director of Therapy Services and Medical Staff.
Performs direct patient care within the guidelines of the referring to evaluate, design and reassess age-specific treatment plans to meet the assessed needs of pediatric to geriatric patients; and performs adequate documentation.
Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants and unlicensed support personnel in therapy department.
Assists in formulation of departmental and hospital-wide PI activities.
Education, Work Experience and Licensure:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an Occupational Therapy Program this is accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Current Ohio Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
• May be entry, but one year experience preferred.
