  • Respect: We value and respect individuals of all backgrounds and perspectives.

  • Excellence: We pursue the highest quality in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Quality & Academic Standards

  • Conduct structured quality reviews of online and blended courses, programs, and learning assets.

  • Evaluate learning experiences for clarity, consistency, accessibility, engagement, and effectiveness.

  • Ensure learning content supports mastery of outcomes, skill development, and workforce readiness.

  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements.

Instructional Design & Learning Experience Review

  • Review instructional materials, assessments, multimedia, and learning activities for alignment and coherence.

  • Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to strengthen learning strategies and assessments.

  • Apply adult learning theory and evidence-based learning design principles.

Educational Technology & Innovation

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of LMS platforms and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, H5P, Canvas tools).

  • Review and evaluate third-party content and digital learning resources for quality and compliance.

  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to support content review, learning analytics, assessment feedback, and continuous improvement.

  • Stay current on emerging educational technologies and AI applications.

Collaboration, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage multiple quality reviews across various stages of course and program development.

  • Collaborate with faculty, academic leadership, compliance teams, and vendors.

  • Ensure alignment with accreditation, distance education, and accessibility requirements.

  • Document findings and support audits, reviews, and quality assurance reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required (education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in learning quality review, instructional design, or online/blended education.

  • Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning environments, and instructional authoring tools.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
