Job Description

The Inspire Brands Foundation ignites and nourishes change for good by supporting the philanthropic efforts of Inspire Brands and its portfolio of companies.  

The Supervisor, Foundation Systems & Data is responsible for the systems  

development and the quality, structure and scalability of IBF data being used by systems and staff.  

*Please note that this role is required to be onsite 80%, typically Monday- Thursday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Systems and Data  

  • Create, update, and maintain data in all IBF systems  

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with systems  

  • Build and maintain reports for IBF team  

  • Educate and train IBF team on CRM  

  • Manage data transfers between systems (CRM, Business Intelligence, Accounting and Treasury)  

  • Manage and lead quarterly data clean ups  

  • Execute yearly donor letters for the foundation 

  • Ensure all third-party payment information is in CRM 

  • Ensure all data accuracy and integrity for audit preparation and compliance 

  • Ensure grantee portal data is secure  

  • Create, update, and maintain email lists/segments  

  • Create, update, and maintain email communication journeys   

  • Assist with grants and fundraising processes

Reporting  

  • Develop and provide reporting for IBF team  

  • Prepare reports for IBF Leadership Team  

  • Ensure accurate reporting for IBF Team  

  • Work with IB Business Intelligence team to secure data on Foundation fundraisers  

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with ad hoc IBF projects (as time permits)  

  • Perform other duties assigned by the Executive Director  

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum: 4 yr degree

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2+ years of experience  

Minimum of 2+ years Salesforce CRM experience

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Extensive Salesforce CRM knowledge  

  • Naturally organized and methodical with strong attention to detail  

  • Deep analytical skills  

  • Able to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities  

  • Self-starter 

  • Expert working knowledge in Excel 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills or Abilities  

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
