Join the Pine Haven Team!

Pine Haven Christian Communities is looking for a Part-Time Building Maintenance Technician to help keep our campuses safe, comfortable, and running smoothly.

 Schedule: 20 hours per week (40 per pay period)
 Includes an every 5th weekend rotation

What You’ll Do:

• Tackle everyday repairs (drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC) 
• Keep buildings clean, safe, and well-maintained 
• Handle work orders and respond to maintenance requests promptly 
• Help care for grounds, walkways, and seasonal needs (snow/salting support) 
• Assist with building systems (HVAC, fire safety, sprinklers) 
• Work with teammates and contractors to get the job done 
• Be part of an on-call rotation for occasional emergencies

Requirements

• Driving record which meets insurance company guidelines
• Prior experience in building maintenance
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
