Position Overview
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Longmont, Colorado is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our outpatient team. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking strong earning potential, career growth, and a positive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform evaluations and deliver treatment in an outpatient setting
Create and execute individualized plans of care
Treat a varied patient population including:
Orthopedic injuries and post-surgical cases
Balance and vestibular conditions
Neurological diagnoses
Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation
Work collaboratively with PTAs and clinical staff
Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners and the local community
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado
New graduates encouraged to apply
Pelvic floor experience or strong interest is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills
