Requirements:

• Ability to monitor a primary student appropriately and professionally over the course of the school day, while also providing supports to others, who might need it
• Can assist a primary student with any organizational concerns that might be communicated
• Must be able to remain positive, patient and persistent with challenging behaviors
• Must be able to take directives from supporting teachers
• Maintain open communication with teachers regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns that arise during instructional activities, with a focus on collaboratively developing strategies to promote student independence.
