The Client Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily facility operations and supervising the Client Service Representatives (CSRs). This role ensures that client needs are met, projects run smoothly, and operational standards are maintained. The Client Services Supervisor works closely with the Facility Manager to coordinate client projects, manage logistics, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This is primarily an evening-focused role. Schedules are coordinated by management based on client activity and operational needs.

  • Perform Client Service Representative (CSR) duties as needed to support daily operations.
  • Supervise and support the CSR team, ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate regularly with the Facility Manager regarding operational updates and project status.
  • Manage and coordinate client projects from start to completion.
  • Upload, organize, and oversee digital project files.
  • Review menu sheets and coordinate food orders when required.
  • Manage participant compensation and ensure all related financial documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics, package inventory, and product counts as needed.
  • Compile and distribute operational and project reports.
  • Communicate with other markets as needed and provide updates to project managers and off-site clients throughout projects.
  • Assist with office supply ordering and inventory management when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations.
