OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
ABOUT US: Hero Beach Club is a 30-room boutique hotel in Montauk, NY featuring original 1950s architecture and modern amenities.
ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a seasonal Operations Supervisor to join our team! This is a hybrid leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple departments including Front Desk, Beach/Pool, Housekeeping, and Bar. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Supervise and support staff across Front Desk, Beach/Pool, Housekeeping, and Bar departments
- Ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all areas of the property
- Assist with scheduling, staff coordination, and daily briefings
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Communicate effectively with ownership and management regarding daily operations
- Step in and assist in any department as needed
