Student Intern – Dairy Local Application Center (Part Time for 1 year)

The Role & Your Impact
As a Student Intern (Part Time) in our Dairy Local Application Center, you will support day‑to‑day lab activities and ongoing application projects.
Your work will contribute to;
- Preparing dairy samples (yogurt, cheese, etc.) for analysis and product testing
- Assisting in application trials and performance evaluations
- Supporting the preparation and execution of experimental plans
- Recording results and maintaining accurate lab documentation
- Performing routine lab tasks (weighing, pipetting, mixing, sample labeling)
- Helping maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and equipment readiness
- Assisting in stability checks and quality assessment workflows
- Following all laboratory safety and quality procedures
What You Need to Succeed
- Currently a 4th year or master student in Food Engineering, Dairy Science or a related field
- Availability of working 3 days per week onsite
- Basic laboratory skills and familiarity with safe chemical/biological handling
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and responsibility in completing tasks
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Interest in dairy products, fermentation
