Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces regularly.
- Care for flooring through proper cleaning techniques including floor care procedures like buffing and polishing when necessary.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other essentials to ensure guest comfort and convenience.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with sanitation regulations.
- Assist with laundry duties for linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are clean, organized, and stored properly.
