Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare unit, including staffing, scheduling, and budget management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that meet the highest standards of quality and safety
Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting professional development and teamwork
Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve practice

Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Requirements:
Current licensure as RN or LPN
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on leadership and management.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and teams
Experience with electronic medical records and computerized charting systems
Ability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
