RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Drive and promote continuous improvement standards and methodologies to support Manufacturing Excellence System and improve overall industrial performance.

  • Foster a Continuous Improvement mindset across all levels of the plant organization.

  • Support technical assessments to ensure alignment with business goals and operational expectations.

  • Lead and implement Lean projects, workshops and A3 Problem Solvings that positively impact plant IPIs and other key performance indicators.

  • Lead and monitor implement cost‑saving initiatives (productivities and workshops) aimed to cost optimization at improving plant profitability.

  • Lead and monitor Kaizen System to to enhance continuous improvement mindset throughout the Plant.

  • Lead and support Plant Improvement strategy by Progress Plan coordination with Plant Management according to Group Objectives.

  • Train, coach, and develop the plant team regarding Lean tools and methodologies (5S, MUDA/MURA/MURI, Line balanacing, SMED) to increase their autonomy in continuous improvement actions.

  • Active support of digitalization initiatives across all the Plant.



 


REQUIREMENTS



  • Technical university degree.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within an automotive plant.

  • Fluent Polish and English.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be an advantage.
