Shift Flexibility: Shift flexibility encompasses a 24 hour manufacturing structure.  Shifts are determined based on Production Schedules and our Customer Demand.  Shifts can incorporate into 3 shifts or 2 shifts weekly depending on Technician availability as well as projects in execution.  Manufacturing Operations are typically down on weekends.  Over Time can be available at times during stronger maintenance needs including project execution.  Furthermore, On Call time for facilities responsibilities during the weekend while production and operations are not in motion.

Your Impact: 

·                  Support production operations by keeping equipment safe, reliable, and efficient

  • Own preventive maintenance, work order turnaround, and equipment reliability metrics
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and 5S practices
  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automated production equipment using electro-mechanical skills
  • Diagnose and repair PLCs, variable speed drives, pumps, motors, and power distribution systems
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
  • Interpret schematics and manuals to identify and solve equipment issues
  • Document maintenance activities accurately in the CMMS and support improvement projects

What You’ll Bring: 

·                  +3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Maintenance certifications or coursework required
  • Knowledge of electronic control systems and devices
  • Strong problem solving, decision making, and communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized, motivated, and results focused in a fast-paced setting
