You will join us as a Player Experience (PX) Researcher, focused on enhancing player experience across the ARPG portfolio of products. You will guide game development by collaborating with teams to shape product strategy and the player experience. You will report to the Manager of Player Experience for ARPG.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with game teams and PX Insights to align research with franchise product goals and strategies.
Partner with diverse teams to create insights that influence franchise and feature direction.
Present player insights and recommended actions to game teams and leadership, empowering data-informed decisions.
Refine and enhance departmental research processes to increase efficiency and influence.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Market Research, Data Science, HCI), or equivalent industry experience.
Experience leading research projects from planning to delivery.
3+ years of industry experience conducting user research across platforms.
Team-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across time zones and remotely.
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods.
