Job Description
You will be responsible for supporting Business Analysts and Project Managers to manage business requirements and to ensure that the IT solutions meet the stated business objectives. Responsible for requirements elicitation, analysis, documenting functional & non-functional, documenting interfaces specifications, prepare & review of test scenarios and test cases, traceability of requirements to end solutions, executing functional system tests to ensure fit-for-purpose & completeness based on specifications, support user acceptance tests, support in business roll-out and provide post go-live 2nd level system support including incidents and problem management.
Key responsibilities
• Build excellent understanding of assigned business domains, processes and IT systems in use to assess business requirements and present it as functional specifications.
• Investigate and analyse business operational requirements, identify opportunities for automation of business processes and assist in translating those to system requirements.
• Work along-side QRIT Account Management team to build & deploy IT solutions that meet business needs.
• Analyse and document the business requirements, system interface specifications, MIS reporting & analytics requirements, and non-functional requirements, strictly following the QRIT SGI guidelines and templates.
• Validate the requirements with subject matter experts, to ensure that the requirements are complete and accurate.
• Ensure timely grooming of product backlogs to meet DoR guidelines.
• Work closely with the Enterprise User Experience, Technology Architecture Gorup, and software development teams to ensure that requirements are well understood, and deliveries are meeting the expectations.
• Responsible for end-to-end traceability of requirements.
• Document test scenarios, test data and test cases.
• Organize and conduct demos of the designs and application to validate the solution.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions support end user training and review of standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for level 2 support post production release of the application, troubleshooting including incident and problem management, and regularly monitoring usage and adoption to meet the business objectives.
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
