What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Participate in the design and implementation of a comprehensive performance management system aligned with organizational goals and culture
  • Partner with senior leadership on organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to support school growth and sustainability
  • Drive change management efforts across the organization, building buy-in and supporting smooth transitions
  • Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to inform talent strategy and organizational decisions

HR Systems & Operational Excellence

  • Leverage deep HRIS knowledge to identify and implement process improvements and system efficiencies
  • Optimize HR technology to enhance employee experience and streamline administrative functions
  • Create scalable HR processes and systems that support organizational growth

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work independently to lead complex HR projects from conception through implementation
  • May provide supervision and mentorship to HR team members
  • Collaborate with CHRO on strategic vision and priorities
  • Build strong partnerships with school leadership, faculty, and staff

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated HR leadership experience
  • Proven track record leading change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Strong expertise in HRIS systems and using technology to drive HR efficiencies
  • Experience with performance management system design and implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead strategic projects
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and build trust across all levels

Preferred:

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
  • MBA or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Independent school or education sector experience
  • Experience with workforce planning and organizational design
