Key Responsibilities
Transaction Processing

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to efficiently and accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions.

Issue receipts and handle refunds or exchanges according to company policies.

Balance the register and generate end-of-day financial summaries to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Customer Service

Greet every guest with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a warm and immersive first impression.

Resolve customer concerns promptly and courteously to ensure a positive guest experience.
Upselling and Add-Ons

Promote merchandise, upgrades, and bundle deals to enhance guest enjoyment and increase revenue.

Stay informed about current promotions and event enhancements to effectively assist guests with purchasing decisions.
Inventory Management
