The Role
We're looking for driven, self-motivated Sales Representatives to help us scale our store network across the U.S. This is a hunter role — prospecting, qualifying, and closing new store owners who want to build a real business in digital health.
What you'll do:
- Identify and engage prospective store owners (B2B outreach — calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Qualify leads using a consultative approach (BANT framework)
- Walk prospects through the platform via live demos
- Guide qualified leads through the store application and onboarding process
- Manage your pipeline and meet monthly activity & conversion targets
- Collaborate with the Support Team on post-sale onboarding
Who We're Looking For
- **2–3+ years of sales experience**, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or franchise sales
- Comfortable with consultative selling — not a script-reading role
- Confident making cold calls and handling objections professionally
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- B2B experience strongly preferred; healthcare or digital health background is a plus
- Access to professional networks in health, wellness, fitness, or aesthetics verticals is a bonus
Compensation
- **Base salary + uncapped commissions** (Salaried Track available)
- **Commission-only track** also available for top performers who prefer higher per-deal payouts
- **Recurring residual income** — every store you close continues to pay you monthly
- **OTE: $80,000 – $150,000+** in Year 1, depending on track and performance
- **Performance-based tier advancement** — higher tiers unlock higher payouts
