Registered Nurse (RN) | Lakewood, CO

Overview

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

 

Compensation

$40.00-$54.00/hr depending on experience

$3.00/hr shift differential for nights and weekend

 

Shifts: Full-Time Nights 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with every other weekend full availability

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
  • Develop and follow individualized care plans
  • Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements

 

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in the state of Colorado
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Home health experience preferred but not required
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings
