Location: 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301

FTE Status: Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)

Work Schedule: Days, Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays

Job Description:

Focus energies and resources on providing comprehensive quality clerical support to the department to include staff scheduling, timecard review and approval, meeting appointments, agendas and notes,  records maintenance, drug repository program assistance and support for pharmacy team. Responsible for functioning as department contact (if applicable/needed), coordinates calendars and meetings, compiles data related to pharmacy operations, sorts mail and delivers to team members, aggregates departmental information, performs clerical tasks, and maintains organized work flow. 

 Qualifications:

Previous work experience in the customer service, medical environment, or health care related field utilizing multi-tasking, prioritization, and communication skills preferred. Hospital or health care setting would be beneficial: Minimum of two years clerical experience in medical office environment preferred.
