Position: Service Coordinator

Learnd UK is growing rapidly and expanding across new regional hubs. We are looking for a proactive Service Coordinator to support our Operations, Service Desk, Maintenance, and Finance teams in delivering excellent customer service and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineers, maintenance tasks, and remedial works
- Manage service planners, bookings, accommodation, and schedules
- Liaise with customers via phone and email
- Process reports, quotations, invoices, and supporting documents
- Support finance activities including invoicing and credit control
- Assist with parts ordering and supplier coordination
- Support Operations Managers with reporting and contract profitability
- Help improve business processes and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in service coordination or customer service
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with CRM/service management systems
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Right to work in the UK
