Service Manager Job Responsibilities





  • Oversee daily service operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in customer satisfaction




  • Find areas of opportunity for growth and work with the General Manager to execute plans




  • Manage and mentor a skilled team of service technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment




  • Interact with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure an exceptional experience
