The BIM Digital Delivery Lead serves as a senior project BIM lead for complex or multidiscipline projects, providing advanced coordination, QA/QC, team mentorship. This role collaborates closely with project teams and BIM leadership to ensure alignment with firm standards.

What You'll Do
- Lead BIM delivery for complex and multi-discipline projects in partnership with Project Managers
- Plan and coordinate BIM workflows, including model segmentation, links, and file management strategies
- Provide technical guidance to project delivery teams
- Apply deep understanding of BIM 360 / ACC to manage model sharing, permissions, and exchanges
- Support the development and communication of project BIM deliverable requirements to design and production teams
- Lead and document BIM-related QA/QC processes in a timely manner, maintaining ongoing ownership of BIM quality throughout the project lifecycle
- Train project teams on QMP processes and BIM-specific quality expectations
- Develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans aligned with firmwide standards
- Lead Revit/BIM kickoff meetings with clients and external partners; share best practices with the team
- Demonstrate strong client service by anticipating BIM-related needs, communicating clearly, and representing PAE’s standards and professionalism in all interactions
- Share lessons learned and contribute to BIM standards, tools, and process enhancements
- Apply BIM Level of Development (LOD) expertise to advise on project scope, fees, and deliverable expectations
- Broaden understanding of project scope, schedule, and budget to align BIM activities with overall project goals
- Mentor junior BIM staff and contribute to the development of team members through knowledge sharing and project support
- Support internal BIM development tasks and rollouts of new digital delivery tools
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of industry experience with advanced BIM responsibilities
- Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Mechanical or Electrical Design preferred
- Autodesk Certified Professional in AutoCAD for Design and Drafting preferred
- Willingness to travel
- Effective communication skills; comfortable leading coordination discussions and presenting BIM approaches
- Advanced understanding of construction industry workflows and engineering disciplines
- Maintains high reliability by following through on commitments, proactively communicating status, and responding to team and project needs in a timely manner
- Highly proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, and related tools
- Proficient in Microsoft tools to support multi-project coordination and workflow management
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of project-wide coordination impacts
- Demonstrated ability to manage workload and priorities across multiple projects
- Ability to think systemically across projects, identifying recurring challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Ability to consistently balance technical rigor, delivery efficiency, and project risk on complex or fast-moving projects
What We Offer
- Hiring Base Salary Range: $92000-$121,300 annual
- This position is eligible for time and a half overtime pay
The base salary is one component of PAE’s competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered. At PAE, employees are eligible for annual compensation reviews based on performance and business needs. The above range represents PAE's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
