Our facility offers a supportive environment with a compassionate rehab team led by an experienced Director of Rehabilitation. The rehab department utilizes Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for billing and documentation to assist Physical therapists with daily efficiency where quality care remains the primary focus of each therapist. The facility offers a 6-day a week, in-house comprehensive rehabilitation program where the Physical Therapist is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Our rehab positions are stable and secure at one location. Each rehab department offers a spacious gym.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST JOB SUMMARY

-Physical Therapist conducts screenings of residents as scheduled to determine the need for PT evaluation and/or PT intervention.

-Physical Therapist evaluates residents per physician orders to obtain comprehensive data utilized in developing the PT plan of care.

-Physical Therapist provides PT treatment to residents when indicated per the PT plan of care.

-Physical Therapist provides supervision of PTA’s.

-Physical Therapist actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT, and facility success.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST JOB QUALIFICATIONS

-Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

-A current Florida Physical Therapist License

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Excellent organizational and time management skills

-Must be computer/tech savvy.
