Salary: $18.00/hour - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)

Responsible To: Recreation Supervisor

Summary: Under general supervision, participates in a work program during an extended break while working towards a college degree in order to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. Assist in the daily operations of the Recreation Department. 

College Major:

• Must currently be enrolled in a post-secondary educational program with an accredited college or university. 
• Any degree closely related in a field working with children , or  Parks & Recreation 

  Items to be Submitted:

• Must provide a copy of diploma/degree, license, or certification upon employment.
• Current unofficial transcript for proof of enrollment (Current College students) or proof of acceptance into college.
• Cover Letter
• Resume
• Must complete a Background Information Disclosure (BID) form.
