- Responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs.
- Develop and implement care plans, providing supervision and delegation of tasks to ancillary personnel, and maintaining accurate, timely and complete medical records.
- Administer care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
- Provide education to patients and families and functions as a key member of the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.
- Is supervised by and reports directly to the Director of Nursing of the Hospital.
