Receptionist – Part Time (Evening/Weekend Shifts)

Join our family of professionals at Parkside Villa, a 178‑bed skilled nursing facility offering specialty programs in orthopedics, infectious disease, pulmonology, cardiology, IV therapy, and a comprehensive ventilator management program supported by a rounding pulmonologist and respiratory therapy team.
The Receptionist provides essential clerical support in a professional, efficient manner in accordance with established procedures and as directed by the supervisor. This frontline role is key to ensuring a welcoming and well‑organized environment for residents, families, staff, and visitors.
Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 12 months clerical experience, or successful completion of an accredited secretarial science program
- Prior experience in a medical or skilled nursing setting strongly preferred
- Must be able to manage a busy reception desk and multi‑line switchboard
- Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and professional communication
- Must present a professional demeanor and the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
