Brief Description | The Senior Manager, Digital Content Strategy, serves as the enterprise lead for digital content strategy, governance, and channel execution across CAP.org and social platforms. This role shapes the vision for how content supports organizational goals, elevates user experience, and drives engagement across the entire digital ecosystem.
The Senior Manager leads the transition to the redesigned WordPress site and implements a distributed content model, establishing standards, training contributors, and ensuring content is optimized for SEO and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) environments. This role also oversees enterprise content operations—including podcast strategy, editorial planning, and generative AI governance—while driving innovation, scalability, and future ready digital experiences.‑ready digital experiences.
