The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence leads the day-to-day operations of the business intelligence team. Functions under the direction of the Director of Analytics to supervise and mentor team members to continuously improve implementation and maintenance of Business Intelligence tools and processes.

The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence works alongside team members to design and create data structures, reports, dashboards, and related data extracts from various data sources, including Eagle, Epic and internal Data warehouse system

Oversees the analytics request pool; providing updates, setting priority and establishing user expectations. Other tasks may include providing demos and training of end users.
