Responsibilities:
- Supervises daily activities of production operators, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Coordinates production requirements and workforce scheduling to meet operational demands and optimize resource allocation.
- Supports lead setups by resolving quality concerns and implementing necessary scheduling adjustments to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Expedites material flow from receiving to production and from finished goods to shipping, minimizing delays and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Ensures compliance with all legal and internal Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Leads by example, promoting a proactive, collaborative, and continuous-improvement–oriented work culture.
Qualifications:
- Technical training or an equivalent degree.
- Willingness and ability to work different shifts.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Flexibility to communicate effectively with the work team.
- Responsible and with strong leadership skills.
