Job Summary: The Radio Digital Sales Manager is responsible for driving digital sales efforts for our radio broadcasting division. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to maximize digital advertising revenue, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver effective digital advertising solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the radio division.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for digital advertising.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored digital advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze digital sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the Director of Digital Sales.
- Stay current with industry trends, digital advertising technologies, and competitor activities.
- Provide training and support to sales staff on digital advertising products and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Track remnant revenue from multiple ad server companies.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, including driving an automobile for company business.
Job Schedule: This is a full-time position primarily working 40 hours per week. You may also be called upon at times to fill in other hours and days of the week to help cover vacations, illnesses, breaking news, severe weather, or special projects/events. This position is not eligible to work remotely.
