Job Description

  • Responsible for ensuring the timely completion of process emails for the Accounts Assigned along with required productivity.  

  • Assist Team Leads with daily administration of various tasks to meet/exceed business level deliverables.   

  • Communicate across all processes/departments to determine the source of the issue and resolve it. 

  • Driving process calls & preparing SWI's for any new projects/workflows. Developing a repository where necessary documents, reports, files etc.  

  • Giving training/refresher to achieve a desired goal. Further conduct assessment & developing a strategy to accomplish certain tasks & deliverables. 

  • Frequently recommends methods of improving the quality of service and improvising the process. 

  • Identify and organize systems and required resources. Assist others to plan their daily workload and remain organized always. 

 

 

 

  • Drive compliance towards process Statement of Work Instruction (SWI), promoting consistency, and sharing "best practice" within the team. 

  • Monitor daily work deliverables for the assigned Accounts and provide periodic process updates.  

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead initiatives undertaken by the FBAP Process. 

  • Assist Team Lead in designing and maintaining SWI documentation for processes, applications, and operational procedures  

  • Contribute towards all training and coaching initiatives by coordinating with Team Leads/Management. 

  • Flexible with timings to ensure proper hand offs for Training and daily deliverables for offshore team and Team leads/Management 

  • Assist Team Lead during new Account migration 

  • Help other RXO Logistics Freight Audit and Payment staff with the freight invoicing process.   

  • Assist Peers/Supervisor with prioritizing workload and update of account status.   

 

 

 

 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree required. 

  • 5-6 years of experienced required in AP/AR required 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel. 

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Basic knowledge about logistics management. 

 

 

 

 

  • Knowledge of freight bills and freight terms, strong hold on accounts process and operational procedures. 

  • Hands-on experience on Freight Billing Process is a plus. 

  • Advanced knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment.  

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.  

  • Skill and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentations applications.  

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize work to meet schedules and timelines, and maintain composure under pressure.  

  • Should analyze issues and process problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong command on the TMS and application used 

  • Knowledge of freight bills and freight terms; strong hold on accounts process and operational procedures.  

  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written); communicate effectively with support peers, stake holders, Team Leads, Managers and every touch point 

  • Good interpersonal skills, participate in a team environment and build strong working relationship   

  • Solid time management skills must have ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads; demonstrated analytical capabilities; effectively identify and resolve problems.
