Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Bloomington, IN

Location: Bloomington, Indiana (Monroe County)

Setting: In-Home / Field-Based

Schedule: Full-Time

Starting Salary: $108,000/year starting

 

About This Role

Achievers ABA Therapy is entering the Bloomington market and looking for a BCBA passionate about delivering high-quality in-home ABA to children in Monroe County. Whether you are coming out of IU's program or are a seasoned clinician ready for an agency that runs lean, values your input, and actually keeps its promises — we would love to connect.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy
  • Provide parent training and caregiver coaching
  • Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure clinical quality and fidelity to ABA best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
  • Experience with pediatric ABA preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Genuine passion for working with children and families
  • Strong communicator who values collaboration and accountability
