Buscamos um(a) profissional com perfil analítico e orientado(a) à melhoria contínua para atuar na otimização e automação de processos relacionados à folha de pagamento. Essa pessoa será responsável por identificar oportunidades de ganho de eficiência, padronizar rotinas e implementar soluções automatizadas, contribuindo para maior agilidade, confiabilidade e escalabilidade das operações.

Principais responsabilidades:

• Mapear, analisar e propor melhorias nos processos de folha de pagamento;
• Desenvolver e automatizar planilhas e controles operacionais;
• Criar templates padronizados para garantir consistência e eficiência;
• Implementar automações utilizando Excel (macros/VBA) e outras ferramentas;
• Desenvolver dashboards e relatórios gerenciais (Power BI);
• Atuar na integração e otimização de fluxos de trabalho;
• Explorar e aplicar soluções de automação com uso de IA quando aplicável;
• Trabalhar em parceria com stakeholders para evolução dos processos.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Excel avançado (incluindo uso de macros e VBA);
• Experiência com automação de processos;
• Conhecimento em Power BI para criação de dashboards e análises;
• Capacidade analítica e visão de melhoria contínua;

Diferenciais:

• Conhecimento em Python para automação e análise de dados;
• Experiência com Power Automate ou outras ferramentas de RPA;
• Vivência com automações utilizando inteligência artificial;
• Conhecimento em integração de sistemas.
• Experiência com processos de folha de pagamento ou rotinas de RH.
