Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Ensure and validate the proper functioning of assets through the implementation of planned maintenance procedures. Work in synergy with direct and indirect clients to drive a maintenance system based on continuous improvement, utilizing various tools for planning, controlling, and executing the operating model.
 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preventive activities review & improvement in coordination with manufacturer & internal / external stakeholders

  • Standardize Work orders with a clear form for technicians

  • Create spare parts models & link with  PM taks

  • Validate Spare parts catalog Criticality & availability

  • Upgrade PM routines with parameters data for Quality assurance (maintenance process & product)

  • Identify Special tooling and new technologies to improve PM execution

  • Optimize PM frequencies according to real equipment needs through predictive , historical data.

  • Identify specific training needs for the maintenance activities

  • Create work order models based on historical data

  • Documented work instructions for maintenance activities

  • Troubleshooting

 

EDUCATION/CARREERS: (Currently Studying)

  • Mechatronics Engineering

  • Electromechanical Engineering    

  • Mechanical engineering

  • Industrial Engineering
     

LANGUAGE:

  • Fluent in Spanish  written and verbal.

  • English Basic

  • French or german is an advantage
