Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Southwest Wichita, KS

Job Summary:

We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Southwest Wichita, KS. As an LPN with Specialized Home Care, you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their home environment, providing skilled nursing care and education to help them become more independent. Responsibilities:

• Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the RN and physician's plan of care

• Accurately report and record patient condition and care

• Prepare clinical/progress notes and summaries

• Assist patients with activities of daily living while teaching self-care techniques

• Follow universal precautions and emergency procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience as an LPN in a home care, med surg, or ED setting

• Current state license as an LPN

• Must be IV certified

• Proof of current CPR certification and valid Driver's license
