Applicants must hold a certified teaching license for preschool special education (licensure code 231).  Preference will be given to an applicant with previous experience working with children with disabilities ages three (3) through six (6).  Applicants should be knowledgeable in IDEA rules and regulations, due process, assessing students, maintaining confidentiality, writing standard based goals, data collection, and fluent in computer skills.  Additionally, ability to demonstrate communication skills as well as ability to work independently is necessary.
