Qualifications

• Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain a New Jersey Teacher Certification
• Knowledge of early childhood classroom management and assessment
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, administration, and parents
• Knowledge and use of instructional technology
• Most possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Holy Cross Academy is a PreK-8th grade school with approximately 300 students. Partnering with the Institute for Catholic Liberal Education, Holy Cross teaches in a liberal arts style encouraging cross-curricular planning and student centered classrooms.
